Dear Polly Clothing Collection Style meets small-town living at our charming boutique located 506 Main St in downtown Tell City, IN.

Wednesday until Christmas open until 7 Return/Exchange/Hold Policy

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unworn/unaltered items, with all tags still attached, and with the receipt. As long as these requirements are met, you can choose a refund in the form of original payment or store credit. For items returned with a gift

receipt, you will receive store credit.

- Items purchased as a clearance markdown up to 40% off can only be returned for store credit. Items that were purchased on clearance of 40% or more is considered a final sale and cannot be returned. This does not include items purchased on a temporary promotional sale.

- For hold requests, you will have two weeks to pick up and pay for your item. If it is not picked up within two weeks, it will be made available to other shoppers. Held items will be charged the price that was in effect the day it was put on hold.

- Sunglasses cannot be returned. If you have a purchasing request or need any help at all, please let us know. If we can make shopping easier for you, we will try to accommodate!
