No more excuses! It’s time to dig in to that wall of unfinished projects. I started today by getting the binding onto an Alaskan quilt.

It’s a scrappy quilt that I made from fabrics that I picked up in Alaska in 2023 on two different trips, one with family, and one on a quilting cruise. Granddaughter, Adalynn, has called dibs on this quilt. She thinks that she one day wants to live in Alaska. Time will tell.

We’re heading to our river cabin for the weekend, and it’s nice to have a sewing project that I can do early in the morning, sitting in a swing, listening to the birds.

It’s not much, it’s a start. What did you do today?
