This hits home for me. I want to always be as helpful and available as I can be. But, I just can't. I have obligations, family, business and my own personal time for myself. I have a hard time saying no and even harder time taking up for myself. I have learned in the past few months that as long as I know I am doing my best, them "I am ENOUGH" and that's all I can be. I have to be here for myself first and I have to do what's best for me before I can pour into anyone else. I will be purchasing one for myself to remind me that on my worst days, I am still enough for me.
