Meli Micah Design Studio LLC is to empower middle and high school students by providing a transformative fashion and design education rooted in purpose, possibility, and real-world opportunity. My journey led me through dedicated art schools for both high school and college, foundational years that prepared me for a dynamic 25-year career in the fashion industry. Beyond design, my spirit finds joy

in the quiet power of words; I love to read and write, especially poetry. With a heart dedicated to serving, protecting, nurturing, and loving, I find profound inspiration in nature, particularly through long hikes and winding trails. I truly embrace my role as a giver of life, always seeking to empower and uplift those around me.

One thing I always admired about me is my tenacity to succeed. Nothing was handed to me on a silver platter. Everything I earned I worked hard for.

I randomly walked into this college one day and had the courage to offer my services. A few days later I was offered the opportunity.

They say everything is in timing. Here I am preparing for my next chapter as an adjunct professor teaching digital design and SMC. My career in the fashion industry is what helped pave this way for me.

The pursuit of happiness is to love what you do, and don't let anyone destroy your shine. I plan to laugh and smile for the rest of the year.

What we love about Nina is how much life she’s lived inside this industry.
