Weā€™re in it. Boxes everywhere. Never ending ā€œTo-Doā€ lists. Nw things showing up daily. Me changing my mind every ten minutes.

Every day the shop is looking more and more like the vision in my head!

Behind every pretty bouquet is an unreasonable amount of bucket washing.

Lucky for me, this guy just so happens to be the best bucket washer aroundā€¦and he knows it earns major brownie points when there isnā€™t a mountain of buckets waiting by the sink. šŸ˜‚

Opening later this month means tackling plenty of not-so-glamorous jobs, but weā€™re checking them off one by one, and itā€™s starting to feel real.

One of our favorite events of the year is almost here.

Weā€™re so excited to be back at Moms + Mimosas at The Star for the third year. Itā€™s become one of those events we look forward to every summerā€¦flowers, mimosas, and getting to celebrate the moms who make everything happen.

Todayā€™s accomplishment: moving approximately everything we have been hoarding for the shop out of my house and into the shop.

Cool girls have cool jobsā€¦but the coolest part wasnā€™t Hawaii. It was realizing this little business Iā€™ve been building took me there.

A week of flowers, photography, ocean air, early mornings, sore feet, and moments Iā€™ll never forget.

Sometimes I get so caught up in building the next thing that I forget to stop and appreciate the life this business is already giving me.
