In 2024 :
-We will no longer have deposits . We will have Booking Fee’s ! Meaning that in order to book with us for a service you will have to pay $25 to confirm/make the appointment (styling only fee is the original price , $15) . If no payment is made , the appointment slot you chose will be available for others to choose !! None of this is negotiable , unless we are the ones that need it to be different . We understand life happens & we can not control it , but our time is important as well ❗️
-APPOINTMENTS HAVE TO BE MADE AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE , ANY APPOINTMENTS MADE ON THE CURRENT DAY OR FOR THE NEXT DAY WILL HAVE A SQUEEZE-IN FEE OF $25‼️ (we still do referrals, refer someone & get $15 off your next service)
-If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment , it will be canceled & you will be able to reschedule for a future date . However , the booking fee does not roll over for the new appointment if the original appointment is canceled because of tardiness or not showing up at all❗️Two or more no shows or late arrival can result in no service from us for a lengthy time , so please try to avoid it as much as possible !
-Our prices are our prices ! We will not be answering questions as to why we have services priced the way we do or why we have a booking fee . Also , if you come trying to get a discount price from me around a time we do not have deals going , will result in no future service from us no matter if you are loyal customers , family or really close friends of us‼️
& a little side note for those locked in with us , this year my prices will be raising ‼️I’m adding more to my services & this the only explanation I am giving regarding price !
