I saw a quote this morning that said, “I already know what giving up feels like. I want to see what happens if I don’t.”

This quote stroke a chord with me because I’ve been on this journey so many times. I’ve had excuses and I didn’t have a good ‘why’ behind why I started to keep pushing me.

My ‘why’ is because I love me but I don’t want to keep living my life feeling like I’m a stranger in my own body. I want to be a more active parent and overall person and feel confident when I walk into a room.

I wanted to share this with you so you know how important your reason is and that if you have struggled, you are not alone. A community of support is so important in our journey and I’m so glad I have found that with all of you! Identify milestones that you can celebrate and keep pushing! You got this!
