Not our usual post, but we can’t keep this one to ourselves!

We discovered and made mason jar ice cream today and it is the creamiest, dreamiest summer treat!

We would recommend cutting back to 1 tsp on the vanilla, but we also use Mexican vanilla in our house, so it may be a bit stronger than others. One container of whipping cream made 4 jars, so it’s a low cost and fun way to cool off!

I just made some chocolate for myself and we’ll see how it turns out tomorrow.
