Adrian Pearsall tables......Compass dining table...Jacks side table....Jacks coffee table....."Atomic Design" of the 1950's-60's. Pearsall's designs are such beautiful expressions in wood. He was an exceptional designer and craftsman. Delighted to have sourced this suite of tables.

April 28.........OPENING DAY..........many new mid-century finds...........ceramics acquired in Paris...........magnificent architectural pediment found in California.............a wonderful exhibit of watercolors by Sallie Wolf with an opening reception from 4-6pm Friday, April 28.........please come and join us to celebrate Spring and the start of another season.

Artist Allie McGhee's retrospective at Cranbrook. Allie has been a pillar of the Detroit art scene for five decades. The show encompasses his wall of inspiration and paintings from early years to the immediate present. He is a magician with color, form and composition. A breathtaking and inspirational exhibit. Runs through February 13, 2022.

A quick trip to Cranbrook to see the first Olga de Amaral retrospective in the US. Absolutely beautiful work, thoughtfully curated. A show not to be missed! Runs through February 13, 2022.

A delightful Circus Diorama of a collection of Landsknecht cast metal hand painted figures made in West Germany. Create beautiful arrangements of gardens and circus performers in myriad ways….the trees and topiaries are stunning….. the gates, fountain and gazebo become focal points…..a wonderful way of spending an afternoon!!! This collection will delight every age group.

Visit my shop at 9 S. Elm Street in Three Oaks, Michigan and try your hand at arranging. Open Friday – Saturday from 11-5.

A 1950’s high back Robsjohn Gibbings lounge chair for the Widdicomb Company in a subtly textured two tone ivory upholstery and walnut frame is in mint condition…..the perfect reading chair…..it’s waiting for you!

A stunning pair of 1960’s Milo Baughman coffee tables with polished chrome frames. Glass tops show some surface scratches. Chrome bases in good condition but do show some wear. Make an outstanding but classic modern statement in any setting.

A stack of early 20th century Japanese wood boxes……beautiful joinery….maker's mark on every box…. signs of age expressed with some wood shrinkage make them even more desirable….set of five….a classic accessory to be displayed in many different ways.

A beautiful pair of McCoy ivory vases (marked) alongside an elegant McCoy aqua colored vase (unmarked)sitting on round teak tray would be a wonderful start or an addition to a McCoy pottery collection. Accent a mid century home with these beauties.
