🚨 TICONDEROGA SENTINELS MOCK-NECKS! 🚨

You’ve probably seen these viral crewnecks all over TikTok… and of course, we had to bring them to life for our Sentinels! 💜🤍

A simple T on the front with TICONDEROGA going ALLLL the way across the back 🙌🏼 And my gosh, they are SO cute in person—but ridiculously hard to get a good picture of. 😂 So I had to call in my personal photographer, Wade, to snap a few pictures of me. 📸

I only have a few in stock right now, but if you guys love them as much as I do, I can absolutely order more & get them decaled pretty quickly!

Check them out and let me know if you want one! 💜

Yayy! The Sawmill Tavern opening this Wednesday! (Make your reservation!!) 🍴

The time has finally come…

As we get ready to open the doors of The Sawmill Tavern, I've found myself reflecting on just how far this journey has come. If you've been following us, you've seen our Meet the Crew Monday Posts and to be honest, I didn't want to do one for myself. The amount of negativity on social media and in our town has been something I never thought possible and truly downright draining. However, now that we are here, my love for this project has changed my outlook on that. Now if you know me well, you know I am the P***y Noodles girl. Kids, chaos & fun are my game. So, it's most appropriate to associate myself with a Frazzled Friday post. I lose my keys, phone and coffee 27 times a day, but can open a completely new, remodeled restaurant in 4 months…they do say it's all about balance.

When I first took on this project, I wasn't just stepping into the role of General Manager—Mike was giving me the opportunity to help build something from the ground up. What started as an idea slowly became a vision, and over the past several months that vision has turned into a place I'm incredibly proud of.

From creating our brand and design, to a brand new interior layout, building the vision, hiring an amazing team, paperwork for days, coordinating appointments daily, organizing every little detail, and preparing for opening day… this has truly been a labor of love.

There were days filled with excitement, days full of challenges, and plenty of late nights wondering what I was forgetting. Like any new business, there were unexpected hurdles, changes in plans, and moments where we simply had to pivot and keep moving forward. Looking back now, every challenge helped shape what The Sawmill Tavern has become.

My goal was never just to open another restaurant. I wanted to create a place that felt like home—a place where history is celebrated, families gather, friends reconnect, and strangers become regulars. Every decision, from the décor to the menu, was made with that vision in mind.

One of the parts I'm most proud of is the team we've built. Watching everyone come together, believe in the vision, and work toward the same goal has been incredibly rewarding. A restaurant isn't built by one person; it's built by people who care, and I'm grateful for every person who has been part of this journey.

I also want to thank our community. The encouragement, excitement, kind words, and support we've received throughout this process have meant more than you know. It reminded us why we wanted to build something special here in Ticonderoga.

In just a few days, the doors will finally open. While guests will see a finished restaurant, I'll see months of planning, problem-solving, creativity, teamwork, and countless hours poured into every corner of this building.

This project has been one of the most challenging—and one of the most rewarding—experiences of my career. I couldn't be more excited to welcome everyone through our doors and begin the next chapter.

Thank you to everyone who believed in this vision and helped bring it to life.

Here's to great food, great company, and many stories yet to be shared.

**Welcome to The Sawmill Tavern.** ❤️

All my love & so much appreciation,

Katie Andersen

A huge thank you to Heath Geiser, Jarrett Stidham, and the Brown family for giving Huddy & Co. the opportunity to create the T-shirts for today’s FREE Youth Football Camp at Sentinel Field.

It was an honor to be a small part of such an incredible event that brought together kids from Ticonderoga and the surrounding communities. Investing your time, energy, and passion into our youth creates memories that will last a lifetime, and your dedication to giving back does not go unnoticed.

Thank you for all you do to support the next generation, both on and off the field. We truly appreciate the opportunity and hope everyone had an amazing day!
