ed that you would like to order? Prices listed do not include shipping charges or sales tax (PA residents only), this will be calculated at invoicing. Please include your email address in your message to me. I will send you an invoice to the email address provided which will allow you to checkout via paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to order/pay with invoicing. Do not worry, your transaction is verified and secure. From time to time I will list items on my Etsy page. If this is the case I will include a link with my post. You can then follow that provided link and order/checkout via Etsy. Just send me a message and we can discuss. Discounts on bulk/multiple item purchases. I do not accept refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives and it is not as stated. I am not responsible for damages that may occur during the shipping process. All of my items are shipped via USPS standard mail service. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, expedite shipping or include insurance - please let me know in your original message. My current turn around time is 7- 10 business days. Each item is made to order in my studio. During busier times of the year my turn around time may increase. I will let you know what time frame to expect during our conversation before ordering. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days but please understand that I am not responsible for shipping delays. Once I drop your package off at USPS it is out of my hands. I will track your package and sending you tracking information as well. when available. If there is an issue I will do everything in my power to try and resolve the issue.
