I never saw myself as a business mom, as an Entreprenuer and Coach of a wellness and weightloss company. I am seriously just a gymnastics coach, fiance, and a mamma who had a vision for how I could help other people to reach their health and weightloss goals!
That little vision turned into a bigger one as my understanding of the company structure worked. The more people that I helped, the more that I shared my story and inspired others to get into the best shape of their lives the more my business grew. I realized that this business could really enhance our quality of life, it could help us to pay off debt, prepare for our retirement, my kids college educations, and be able to live a life of Flexibility!
FLEXIBILITY is my word!!
When I think about my online business, I think about how I have the flexibility to work when I want to work, to grow as big as I want to grow, and the ability to earn an income that truly changed the trajectory of our lives. Plus I get to do all of this while raising my kiddos, constantly feeding them, teaching them life lessons, school lessons and how to KIND souls in this crazy world we live in.
To me ultimate flexibility is being able to dictate my own work schedule, not asking for time off to go on field trips, help extra at the school, or spend time with my family whenever I want to.
I will be honest-- I work hard. But that hard work is worth it! I wouldn't trade it for the world. I have learned so much about myself, I have grown as a leader, a friend, and I'm still working on being a better fiance and momma. I work at a job that I love and challenges me while I get to be with my family. So yeah, that is flexibility to me!
