Today I'll be reviewing the Ducky SHINE 5 with Blue Cherry MX Keys, as well as the Ducky Secret mouse. I was highly impressed with the mouse and I also snuck in a review for the Ducky Flipper mouse pad, courtesy of MechanicalKeyboards.com
Ratings:
Ducky Secret mouse
Comfort 8/10
Performance 10/10
Service-ability 6/10
Durability 8/10
The ducky secret mouse has few rivals in the enthusiast market, and its performance is something that makes it worth a buy, RGB features are nice but basic, the mouse is pretty plain looking which I actually did prefer in comparison to a 'gamer' look. The mouse is a must buy for ducky fans and a worth-while investment for new-comers to the brand
Ducky Shine 5
Comfort 8.5/10
Performance 10/10
Service-ability 9/10
Durability 9/10
The ducky Shine 5 was a very impressive keyboard, it was a good successor to my Ducky Shine 4, even though it felt a bit less solid, the things that mattered such as the hardware and key caps have been improved on, the design is very minimalist which I prefer as the RGB lights were already flashy enough and the only reason why we really get keyboards in 2016 anyways
Ducky Flipper
Feeling 8/10
Quality 7.5/10
Durability 7/10
Performance 9/10
The ducky Flipper mouse pad was a good replacement to my standard size mouse pad, I do not think I'll be going back to anything less than an XL mouse pad after this, my one gripe with the mouse pad is just as any other sort of cheap mouse pad the edges arent stitched so I feel as though it will fray over time however knowing ducky it'll stand the test of time. The mouse pad was slick yet grippy in the right moments, must have for any minimalist gamer
