TOMBALL NIGHT 🤠✨
- Better late than never-

To say I am impressed is an understatement.

Back in September, Joseph and Jacob came into my store sharing a dream, to host a street dance in Tomball. At the time, there wasn’t much support around it, but that quickly changed.

We talked for about an hour, and they had my support from day one. I loved the idea of finally giving our teenagers something to enjoy.

We immediately started brainstorming ideas, including ways I could help sponsor, but we were on a tight timeline and I wasn’t even back in Texas until the night before the event.

But… stay tuned. 😉

Yes, they actually SHUT DOWN A STREET! Do you know how hard that is?! 😂 Not easy at all, but I never doubted they could pull it off.

And they did.

From my perspective, the night was a huge success. It was PACKED, so much so that we’ll definitely need to expand the barricades next time!

My yard was full of teenagers and I loved every second of it.

I truly think Tomball needs more nights like this, maybe even quarterly. Y’all showed up, and the turnout said it all.

Joseph and Jacob, congratulations! You worked hard, didn’t give up, and made it happen.
It was a HUGE hit. You should be so proud. ❤️

🔴LIVE: Employee Tases Boss

If you know me at all, you know I get scared way too easily. 😂

This, is the story of how I earned the Shaquish.

For the record… Karissa did not actually tase me. But between her dramatic acting skills and the sound that came out of the taser, I was 100% convinced she did. I screamed, said a few words I probably shouldn’t have, and nearly had a heart attack. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤣.

Late one night, when I told her I was going to walk her to her car. She looked at me and said, “No, I’ve got Shaquish,” then pulled out a taser, made the sound and all. I immediately believed I had just been tased.

We laughed, and from that moment on, I’ve been Shaquish.

I’ve waited over a year to finally share this story, and what better day than her 18th birthday. ❤️ Happy Birthday, Karissa! Thanks for naming me Shaquish and a memory we’ll laugh about forever! Laramie & Co is blessed by you!

We love you!

Y’all have waited so patiently for our handmade clay flowers, and they today!

Bringing a little bit of Wyoming to Texas. Each one is lovingly handcrafted by a talented maker in Buffalo, Wyoming. Every flower is unique, beautiful, and made with so much care. (I was able to go to her studio this summer to not only meet her but see where this magic is made. And let me tell you the work that goes into these😱)

I’ll be getting them online ASAP, but if you’ve had your eye on these, don’t wait they never last long!

What an incredible honor it is to be named one of two Finalist in the Houston Chronicle’s Best of the Best 2026!

First, congratulations to The Charity Guild Shop on being named this year’s winner! What an amazing accomplishment.

With more than 11,000 businesses nominated and over 600,000 votes cast, simply being recognized as a finalist is something I never imagined. I didn’t even know Laramie & Co. had been nominated in the beginning, so I never had the chance to advertise or ask for votes. That makes this recognition even more meaningful.

Because these awards are voted on by all of you, I want to sincerely thank everyone who took the time to vote. Your support means more than you’ll ever know.
I have poured my heart, soul, and countless hours into creating what Laramie & Co. is today. To me, this has never been just a business or a paycheck, it’s my passion and a dream that started as a child. “I don’t need to go to college, I’m going to sell shoes!” Is what I told my parents at 6 yrs old.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in my dream and supporting Laramie & Co. This recognition belongs to all of us.

One more special congratulations to my sweet friend and fellow boutique owner, Anne in Old Town Spring. It was so exciting to be finalists together, and for the two of us to represent our communities in this way is something I’ll always be proud of.
