Just Stick It Vinyl Designs Sale Rules and Policies:
ORDERS
There are 2 ways to place an order on this page! If it's a sale post, please comment ALL INFORMATION REQESTED below the post. Please be sure and read the requested info and comment with all of it at once. If you do not include all information, I reserve the right to skip you and go to the next person. If you would like to place a custom order, you can post it on the wall of the group (which can be found here https://www.facebook.com/groups/189435511416562/?ref=share) or message me thru my business page. Please do not send my personal page private messages with orders. I may send you private messages about picking up orders, etc from my personal page simply because I do not have the option to message thru my business page. I have been getting flooded with requests on both and it has started to get very confusing. This way I can compartmentalize everything to one place.
I do have standard products I order regularly, as well as certain colors of vinyl and certain fonts I use. To look over what I have to place an order, look in the albums section of the group. There is an album for regularly ordered merchadise, vinyl colors, and fonts.
EFFECTIVE 2/1/2017 There will be a rush fee of $5-$10 on orders requesting a completion date under 14 days from the date of the order being processed. For example, if a customer places and pays for an order on 2/1 to be ready by 2/5, that customer will incur an additional charge, since the normal completion date would have been by 2/15. The amount of the fee will be assessed per order but shall not be less than $5 and shall not exceed $10.
PAYMENT
ALL orders must be paid IN FULL at the time of order! Just Stick It Vinyl Designs currently accepts cash, credit, and paypal. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS will be accepted any longer. Orders will not be processed until payment has been made. All invoices sent via paypal are required to be paid within 24 hours. After 24 hours, your order and invoice will be cancelled. After 2 cancelled invoices, you will be removed from the group and reported as a nonpayer to other sites. If paying with cash, you must pay in person prior to your order being processed/completed.
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges will be given, unless an item is back ordered or goes out of stock or item is defective at the fault of myself or manufacturer. Manufacturer defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise- NO EXCEPTIONS! Any refunds given, will be done so in the same manner of payment (for example, if you paid via paypal, refunds will be done via paypal).
If paying via paypal, you do not have to have a paypal account. I will email you an invoice and you have the option to just pay the invoice via credit/debit card. Other than in person at craft shows, that is the only way I will accept a credit card. I will not take credit card payments over the phone as there is no way for me to verify the person using the card.
PREORDERS
A preorder item is listed at exceptionally low prices. All preorders listed in the group will be listed as such. Preorders will require in full payment at the time the order closes NO EXCEPTIONS! Preorders cannot be guaranteed by any time frame, rather are just given manufacturer predictions. I strongly recommend you NOT ORDER preorders as a gift or for an upcoming holiday unless there is a great amount of time to wait on that preorder. Preorders take a minumum of 30 days but can take up to 90 or more to come in. I will not give refunds on preorders due to time.
Invoices for all preorders will be sent at the close of the preorder. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO CLOSING DATES!!! You will have 24 hours once the invoice has been sent to pay. Failure to pay invoice in 24 hours will result in the preorder being cancelled. Failure to pay an invoice will result in you being removed from the group.
PICK UP/SHIPPING
All orders MUST BE picked up at my home or will be shipped. You MUST select this option at the time of order and subsequently pay shipping costs along with your full payment. If you choose to pick up your item, I will notify you when it is ready and place it in the porch pick up bin. You will have 14 days to pick up items from the porch pick up bin. On the 15th day, you will be billed via paypal for shipping and an additional paypal fee. If you fail to pay that shipping invoice within 15 days, your item will be auctioned and you will be refunded minus the difference plus a 5% restocking fee.
If you do not indicate you would like an item shipped at the time of your order but decide you would like your item shipped once it’s complete, I will invoice you a separate shipping bill; however, this bill will include the paypal invoice fees.
Porch pick ups will be Monday-Saturday 7am-9pm. There will be no bins out on Sunday. All items will remain in the bin for 14 days from the notification that you have an item to pick up. From time to time, I may go out of town and my bins may not be out for pick ups. If that schedule changes, I will post that in the group. Your 14-day window will not include any dates that I do not have porch pick up available.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL I MEET CUSTOMERS. I apologize, but I simply cannot meet every customer for every order and to keep it fair, I just do not meet anyone.
BUSINESS HOURS
After careful consideration with my family, I have decided to institute "business hours" when I will answer messages (business page), comments, etc. Those hours will be the following: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm, Friday 4:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm, NO SUNDAYS. You may still send messages (business page), or use other means to contact me about placing an order, information, etc. and I will respond with you the next business day. This will allow me to have time completely dedicated to my family. I hope everyone will understand.
DROP OFFS
After careful consideration, I have decided to institute a no drop off policy. There are several reasons why I no longer will personalize items I have not purchased myself. One, I am human and make mistakes. I can’t always replace “that shirt you got at the store that went out of business” etc. Whatever merchandise I sell and personalize, I can always obtain another, or when it’s big orders, I usually get extras. Two, not all products are conducive to vinyl. I’ve done this long enough to know what works and what works best. Three, sometimes people bring me things that smell or discolor other products. I don’t have a big warehouse, just a small office I operate out of. I don’t want the items to contaminate all of my other products.
To be honest, most people think they are getting a better deal by buying their own shirts, but it’s simply not the case. My markup on items is very minimal, and by the time you buy it at Walmart or Hobby Lobby, you are paying what you would have paid if I had ordered the shirts. And most likely, you would have gotten them faster.

I will post updates about preorders as I receive tracking information from my vendors. Please do not comment or message me asking about when an item will be here. Again, preorders can literally take anywhere from 30 days – 90 days. You are getting a good deal because you have to wait.
If I have a large sale, I will also post in the update post about it. Please check there for more information on your item. Most orders (not preorders) are finished within 14 days. Some may take longer, but you will be updated in the post.
