Who doesn’t love a good workout? 🩷
*I am not a professional, this is just what works for me!
Cardio- 45 min/1 hr- 5x a week! Walking, running, jump roping, stair master, or a combo of the two
Weight training - deadlifts, squats, barbell rows, bench press, curls, sumo squats
Abdominal training- dead bugs, flutter kicks, planks, hanging knee raises, sit-ups
Start and end every workout with 5 minutes of jump roping
I try to throw something new in each week to change it up!
