Dear Clients, Friends, Colleagues, Fans, Models, Mothers, Grandmothers and most of all the brave, unstoppable, adventurous girls who chose KidCuteTure to represent their spirit in the world...thank you for your endless support and the lasting memories.
Eight years ago, this mother and daughter duo decided to trust our experience and vision to create the KidCuteTure, Kasha and Wonderland brands. What started from a creative instinct grew into a business that designed, produced and distributed beautiful and whimsical children clothing to every continent.
Our collections of dresses,tops & bottoms, denims, jackets, knits and decorative headpieces span from infants to teenagers, from daywear to party frocks, from soft sweater dresses to light sundresses and so much more. We followed your advice to work only with the highest quality materials. We've traveled from the USA to Peru and to India to source the strongest, yet softest cotton yarn that became our KCT jersey textile - the gold standard for 'mother approved' fabrics. Wash & dry cycle was no match for our clothes, they remained brilliantly coloured and perfectly shaped through real life wear and tear. Just ask the younger siblings who inherited the like-new KCT outfits. We created our own fabrics, detailed our own seasonal colors, added some fun stripes, engineered 3D effects and floral embellishments and always gave you something new to delight in. And we created and innovated for 16 seasons!
Your feedback has been our guiding force and your words of encouragement powered us to imagine, design and improve. So often we heard from moms and girls who loved the feel of our clothes (especially due to skin sensitivities) and toddlers wore our dresses through the day and refused to take them off at night. We received endless photos of girls doing their acrobatics in KCT dresses while trying to capture just the right frame highlighting the lightness and freedom of their movement. So many older girls and moms shared with us their general disagreements when it came to mainstream pre-teen and teen fashions, yet came together on KCT's elegant and timeless fashions. The hundreds and thousands of our famous leggings in multitudes of colors and stripes have become a closet staple for so many. And our playful floral hats have been seen and recognised around the world. You let us into your closets, into your homes and into your lives.
And now our KCT chapter has come to an end. We won't bore you with the challenges of the current retail and online marketplace. Natasha and I have decided it was the right time to shift our energies to new projects. We love designing, creating, building and will continue to apply our energies and our learnings to develop and grow new ideas.
This is a thank you! From all of us to all of you! You have supported, encouraged, and educated us on a journey that brought us immense joy and self realisation. A quote made famous by Thomas Jefferson has been the slogan for our small family corporation: 'If you want something you never had, you must be willing to do something you have never done.' Though the years, together we discovered so much about ourselves, built and ran a business, traveled the world, were motivated by incredible entrepreneurs and have been blessed with people who wished us well and who inspired us to create. We were brave and we were rewarded!
