Unfortunately I dislike having to be "this" person, but my time is just as valuable as the next person's. With that being said, I'm having to put some rules in place.
1. If you claim an item payment is due at that time. Send me a message to pay.
2. Full payment upfront for custom orders. NO REFUND!!!
3. Shipping is available based on weight/zipcode.
4. All items are handmade

and may have some imperfections. Hint "handmade" no 2 items are the same.
5. If you schedule to meet/PPU and are a NO SHOW, shipping will be your only option for future purchases.
6. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
7. If you have an issue with a item you have purchased please send me a message and I will work with you to see if we can resolve it. If found the issue was the fault of the customer then it's on the customer. If found it is a defect in my work I will make it right. Care Instructions are included for a reason. Failing to follow those instructions will cause damage to the item. Thank you again for supporting my small business!!!
