When the invitation says "Gala," you gotta give them your best 😆 and so we did.
I made my vest and ascot. made her lovely gown. Our fabrics were the same, except she used the shiny side, and I used the other side for the vest.

It was fun to be part of the for May 2022. You did an awesome job as host.

Here is what I created:
Green utility style cargo shorts. I added a few hook rings and i quilted the neoprene fabric for the side panel.

I incorporated everything from the challenge except the optional 70's inspiration. I was born in '76 👍🏽 but not a fan of 70's style shorts 🩳 😆

Challenge completed . This one was fun. I had this jellyfish fabric and I wanted to use it for something..... I didn't know it was going to be a bomber jacket. I included as much of the challenge details as I could with this jacket. Its not easy to find a durable fabric that I want to use, nor a black and white one at that 😎.
I'm very pleased with how my jacket turned out!

Challenge Accepted ! Its a late start, but a start nonetheless. Its hard to find a fabric for me 👨🏽‍🦲, let alone a black and white fabric that fits who I am. Oh, and a jacket that would be fun to create and wear.
