Being a mom means I carry a lot—emotionally, mentally, spiritually.
So I’ve been learning to take care of the body God gave me too. It's been hard figuring out why I had brain fog, wiped after a workout, belly weight gain, and trouble sleeping. Then I found Revive Functional Nutrition and found out why I have been feeling like crap the last few years even while working out.
Now I am feeling normal again and I am able to lift weights to strength for the life God's been calling me to live. I finally feel good after a workout and not like I want to crawl back to bed.
And while I train my body, I’m also surrendering my burdens to God daily. He gives me strength for both.
As I get older, I don’t want to feel weaker—I want to feel equipped, healthy, and strong not just for me but for my family.
I’ll keep showing up, doing my part…
and trusting God to carry what I can’t.
