Made by Waddell Wooden Ware Works, Greenfield, Ohio — they were the big maker of country store display cases from 1890s-1920s
Oak frame, 4 glass shelves + glass bottom = 5 display levels, all glass original
This style was called a “tower” or “sidewalk” case — used in general stores, pharmacies, jewelry stores for high-value smalls
