Guys I’m kind of killing it today!!! I made my husband steak and eggs for breakfast with an “iced coffee” (I made him ramen egg brine mixed with coffee creamer I thought it was cold brewed black coffee in the fridge I guess not lol). Then I was pressure cooking some broth for Alyssa to make some fancy ramen for her sisters birthday and my pressure canner blue it’s gasket and steam went everywhere getting oily water all over my kitchen lol. I guess I won’t be cooking at over 15 pounds of pressure at this elevation lol. I have a huge freaking mess!!! I am doing so good today lol. Then I tried to pop the gasket back in the hole and it didn’t dawn on me you have to do that from the inside out so I lost my gasket in the broth and I can’t get my canner open it’s stuck lol. I’m going to have to get some muscle to unscrew the bolts that tightened the lid down lol.
