There will NOT be a Power Hour tonight or new releases tomorrow. My kids will be keeping me busy with sports all evening, so I’ll be busy being their biggest cheerleaders!
I also want to take a minute to share a few reminders as Oak & Iris continues to grow💜
✨ BUSINESS HOURS: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (hours may vary)
You may occasionally see me post or respond outside of these hours, but please don’t expect immediate responses.
✨ TURNAROUND TIME:
UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS!!!
If an item is in stock, you will receive it sooner. Sometimes supplies take longer to arrive, or I may be swamped with a high volume of orders, which can cause an order to take longer. You will always be notified if your order will exceed 10 business days.
Preorders and shimmers have longer turnaround times which will be listed in the product description.
✨ 3–5 BUSINESS DAYS = SHIPPING TIME, NOT turnaround time. Shipping time begins once you receive your shipping confirmation email.
