Swappies are specially modified to hold a wingless pad securely in place, they can be worn with a traditional cloth winged pad....and you can wear them without any pad and there's no attachment devices in the way!!!

Boyshort scrundies in watermelon stripe with hand dyed organic bamboo velour horizon pad and matching p-add on. P-add ons are like a booster or doubler. They slip on top of your cloth pad with strips of elastic protected by pul wings and double the absorbency! For post partum they can be soaked in witch hazel and frozen for the most amazing padcicle experience.
