To avoid any disappointment, we want to gently remind everyone that a booking is only secured once a deposit has been paid. (Unless I’ve told you “I got you down”) We completely understand life gets busy, but without a deposit, we can't hold your date — and we'd hate for you to miss out if someone else confirms before you.
Why deposits are important:

✅They avoid double bookings and last-minute confusion
