as a brand that focus on uplifting the importance of Black Fathers, it would be foolish of us, not to stand up for our sistas, who continue to show so much love and support for us.

we must continue to use our voices for right and protect black women that suffer acts of violence within imitmate partner violence as well as femicide.

so with that being said, prayers and blessings for all the families that are suffering at this moment.

This book began during a time when life asked me to slow down and pay attention to the things around me. After my father passed, I found myself writing thoughts that came to me, not to create something for the world, but simply to understand where I was and where I wanted to go.

Over time, those reflections became pages.
Those pages became conversations with myself.
And eventually, those conversations became this book.

Re-flections is not meant to rush you.
It's meant to sit with you.

A space to pause.
To breathe.
To reflect honestly on where you've been and where you're headed.

I dedicate this moment to my Pops.
This journey began with loss, but it continues with purpose.

Thank you to everyone who supported, listened, encouraged, read my drafts :-), and believed in the process.
