Baraka for their Annual Pre-Valentine’s Day Concert (the comedy and r&b edition) at George Washington Carver Elementary School 333 Clinton Place in Newark, New Jersey. Known from being a host on Showtime at The Apollo, appearances on Def Comedy Jam, Jamie Foxx’s Laffapalooza, several motion pictures and Comedy Central, “Talent” a.k.a. Mr. It’s Just Comedy and friends along with Jay the comedian hosting, will keep the laughs rolling for the first part of the afternoon showcase. Then get ready for an exciting afternoon of timeless R&B as the legendary Freddie Jackson takes the stage. With a live band, Freddie Jackson will be performing unforgettable hits like “Rock Me Tonight”, “Have You Ever Loved Somebody”, “Jam Tonight”, “You Are My Lady”, “A Little Bit More” and “Tasty Love” just to name a few.
