Quarry project totes available one week from today 💙 These are made with waxed canvas exterior and a woven cotton interior plus a double mesh pocket inside, front pocket outside and recessed zipper closure to keep it all organized. Some lean toward the crochet and knitting world with the cutest interior designs. Making them perfect for holding the latest WIP. And other fabric interiors celebrate nature and spring. We cannot stay silent. This is the time to rise up and fight for our democracy. When one group loses their freedom, we all lose our freedom. It is very scary out there and that is exactly what they want. But we must feel the fear and do it anyway. Protesting can take many different forms. Find a way to amplify your voice in a way that best fits your situation. Even if it means, staying at home with the house codes to your friends who are out protesting and being their back up to feed their dog if something happens. Or, walking children to school. Helping someone register to vote. Calling your officials. This is not the time to judge how we are getting out there. Every bit helps but we all must do something.
When you begin to feel overwhelmed, take a break. And then jump back in. Check on others and remind them to take a break. We the People means, we are in this together.

If this post angers you. If you agree with what is happening in the news. Feel free to unfollow. This is no longer a left or right issue. It’s about morals and values. It’s about the respect and responsibility for treating ALL humans with dignity. If you enjoy casting your vote, if you enjoy owning a gun for protection, or feeling safe at home from intruders, if you have ever had a speeding ticket and got to go to court to fight it, you have experienced freedom. This is what we are fighting for. Let’s stand and fight together 🤍

New gadget! What a relief I won’t have to cut four times around to make these squares. Found these templates by New Leaf Stitches and it’s a win!! Especially because I am not a quilter! But I would like to at least try and make one for me and Miles. A goal this year. Stay tuned. I plan on doing this in small increments all year. 😅
