SALES/PAYMENT: At time of order I will require your email address, so I can send you your invoice VIA paypal. Payments MUST be paid within 48hrs. No work will begin until the invoice has been paid. If payment is not received within that time your order will be cancelled. My turnaround time can take anywhere from 3 to 14 days. Depending on size of order! This also does not include delivery time. Delivery is an estimated 3-5 business days depending on the post office in each state. If you need your order sooner than my 1-3 day shipping you need to please contact me to make sure all items are in stock and then you have the option to add the rush fee and/or priority shipping (US only). Priority does not mean your order will be completed sooner, it just means delivery will be a 1-3 day when I ship. I will not bump your order ahead of others if the rush fee is not purchased. My orders are processed first come first serve. REFUNDS: I do not refund for custom items, unless the item(s) is at fault due to my own error. I do not refund for sizing errors, it is the buyers responsibility to inquire about and provide exact measurements when needed. SHIPPING: Shipping starts at $3 and is .50 per addtional item. All items are shipped via USPS either first class or priority (when first class weight limit of 13oz.) is exceeded. Insurance is NOT included in your purchase. If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order, please let me know. I am not responsible for packages once they leave my hands and enter the care of the USPS. If for any reason your items end up missing or do not arrive on time I will not be held liable, however, I will do everything I can to help you with contacting and reaching an agreeable resolution with USPS.
