Yesterday, I created a sacred space with my son no distractions, just us in our purest essence. We meditated, played tambourines, and allowed ourselves to be fully present. In that moment, he called me his “zen mom,” and my heart overflowed with love. His words were filled with such wisdom, beyond his years.
We spoke in light language with our hands, sharing unspoken truths. His openness, his lightit illuminated the space around us. We weren’t just mother and son; we were two souls reconnecting, teaching, and learning from one another.
This experience reminded me that connection isn’t just an act it’s a calling.
