I was born and raised in Washington State where we are known for our rain and cold weather and scarves are not just an accessory, they are a necessity. I wasn’t always able to find scarves in the color or style that I

wanted, being a crafter at heart I decided to make some myself. As it turns out I really love crocheting so much that I had too many scarves for one person to wear. While getting a lot of complements and requests, I decided to make my own Etsy shop the Knotty Girl Scarf Co. My shop has been open for almost a year and has been successful enough that now I am learning new techniques and patterns for new items such as hats and leg warmers to eventually expand my selection.
