Just wrapped the third Ground Crew Workshop we’ve sponsored with . It did not disappoint.

In 2025, we made the decision to be very careful about our sponsorships: it should be built on good partnership with the shared purpose of elevating blue collar industries.

Events where we can truly be involved and help make a difference for contractors.

Could not ask for better events to support and better people to spend two days doing HEAVY LIFTING on how to improve the processes in our businesses.

We have a few extra days down here to R and R in the AZ sun, but honestly, has put our brains on powerband and I can’t wait to get back to the team to keep making Ideon an even better experience. Thanks for challenging us Zack.
