I don’t even know where to start….. this is the hardest thing I have had to write.
It is with heavy heart and tears running down my face that I announce that I have decided to close Britt & Skye. 😭 This has weighed so heavy on me and I don’t want to let anyone down, or feel like I failed you my most loyal customers. But I prayed and prayed hard before coming to this decision.
I have no words for what this community means to me, I love and appreciate every single one of you. YOU helped me achieve something I never thought would be possible. I wanted to quit the month I started with this business adventure. Then a few people (who are still currently friends/customers) placed orders and loved what I made and I kept at it everyday improving along the way.
This whole experience has been amazing, but also took a toll on me mentally and my family felt they never seen me. I refused to put myself first. Orders and the customer service I tried to provide was always on 24/7 before me. I gave it my all for so long to make it work. But in this time of my life it is not. This is not goodbye, just the season that my life is about to go in next, I need to see this amazing adventure come to an end. I will stay active on this and my pups account so I can bug you guys. 😉
