Hello lovelies! I want to tell you about a fundraiser we have going over in the VIP page right now!
This is Bastian. I met Bastian's mom, Kimberlee, a few months ago through another LuLaRoe event. I was able to talk with Kimberlee and learn about Bastian over the past few months. Bastian has Grade IV Glioblastoma Mutiforme, one of the most aggressive forms of brain and spinal cancer. Seven months ago he was paralyzed from the neck down within minutes of complaining of neck pain. His parents were told that he may never walk again. He's done five weeks of inpatient therapy, 30 rounds of radiation, and five rounds of chemo. He regained his ability to walk and use his arms, but his left arm doesn't work well anymore. In the words of his mom, " He's 8 years old and the strongest, bravest "old soul" kind of kid."
The medical costs will be significant for the family. Right now we have an online pop-up running and a portion of ALL the sales will be donated and matched by LuLaRoe and go to Bastian and his family!
