This 2.5 hour holistic practice will include all the different healing modalities of yoga so that you leave completely recalibrated and restored. The class will start with a vinyasa flow balanced with some yin postures, breath work and a sweet savasana! After savasana, there will be a guided meditation and a surrendering sound bath journey. We will conclude with reiki and close out The Complete Practice together in community.
