This month we turn to chef , whose work moves between cosmic imagination and earthly discipline. Raised in Ulsan, South Korea, he trained in Sydney before arriving in Paris, where C.A.M. Import Export made his bold combinations and elegant ex*****on a favorite among the city’s creative class. After an unexpected return to Korea led to five months in a Buddhist temple, he came back to Paris with a more deliberate approach, now expressed through JIP and Orson.
