Over the past 6+ months we’ve been collaborating and working on a short documentary film capturing the old school bodybuilding culture and bringing back the authentic art form for future generations. 💯🔥

There’s so much more to this culture than meets the eye. It’s barely tapped into within today’s bodybuilding industry thus far. Many people are still unaware of the Silver Era of bodybuilding where the sport and craft initially began back in the 1940’s and 50’s. We’re striving to uncover that era once again and ignite that classic fire that once existed! 😎💪

Classic Rewind 🎞: Featuring Vince Gironda also known as the “Iron Guru”. Vince was known for opening up his own gym in California (Vince’s Gym) where he trained some well known figure heads as well as bodybuilders. He was the man that pushed the idea of the Steak & Eggs diet. 🥩 + 🍳

Sometimes we tend to look a Friday’s as special days of the week but in reality... everyday is a true gift and reason to keep on grinding and pushing towards our dreams.
