As we closed the door for the last time today after the hustle and bustle of a busy summer weekend it dawned on me how fortunate I have been to have been a part of this community, this town, and surrounded by all of the amazing people that I have met over the past 4+ years. I truly feel a part of your lives and have heard your well wishes for what will be my family’s next chapter. On a lighter note as the last little bit of toilet paper ran out, the lights shut off, and the room grew quiet George Strait came across a random country playlist and the song played out “Goodbye, farewell, so long, vaya con dios, good luck, wish you well, take it slow, easy come girl, easy go.” And I knew my dad was right there with me. As I thanked him and all of you for believing in me I knew it was the last time that I would lock the door at the end of a beautiful sunny summer day as a business owner in Vergennes, VT.

OK Everyone, we have reached the day. Saturday, July 25th will officially be our LAST DAY! We will have a celebration to mark our closing. Stop by for snacks, sips, and to share memories. Alright everyone, this week will likely be our last full week open. If you’ve been waiting to come in now is the time!!! There will be a town wide sidewalk sale this coming Saturday which will coincide with some other events in town. Additionally we will likely have a CLOSING CELEBRATION that day as well.
