This is a custom order I just completed. Purple preemie awareness tutu with a satin ribbon to make it adjustable. Then 3 flower clips. They come with partially line alligator clips and a non slip grip in them. They can be used in the tutu as well to add a little something extra. This all sold for $25 shipped.
