📦 HEY GIRLS! JUST A FEW ORDER & PICKUP REMINDERS 📦

First and foremost — no orders are behind 💗

I just wanted to give everyone a quick reminder of

how our order processing works, especially for our local pickup girls.

Kaitlyn fills orders Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 10–5.

For example, if I sell you something from market on a Wednesday, that does not necessarily mean it will be ready for pickup Friday morning. Orders are filled in the order they come in, and we need time to receive, organize and process everything.

📱 You can always check the status of your order in the app under “Order History.” I’ll post a picture for reference so you know exactly where to look.

If an order from the same week does not show FULFILLED, it simply means we haven’t gotten to that order yet. It does not mean we are behind.

I completely understand that no one wants to waste a trip to the warehouse, so please wait until your order shows fulfilled in the app before coming to pick it up.

I also understand that from a customer’s point of view, it may seem simple for us to grab and fill your remaining orders while you’re already on your way to pick up the others. The problem is that stopping in the middle of filling orders to find and complete one specific customer’s newer orders slows the entire process down for everyone.

The fastest and fairest way for us to get everyone’s orders completed is to continue filling them in order.

We know you’re excited to get your goodies, and we’re just as excited for you to receive them! 🩷 Please remember that we are a very small business with a very small team, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

If it says FULFILLED = you’re good to pick up! 🙌
If it doesn’t = just give us a little more time. 💗
