First post since closing the shop. I really miss chatting with everyone but I have to say being a vagabond traveling around the area to get some new treasures to show you is really fun. I like the my new chapter so far and hopefully you will love what I find on my journey.

Ok guys, it’s a wrap!! The last things were taken out today and the place was cleaned up. It is time for my next chapter and hopefully it will be an adventurous one. I’m still going to sell, just on different platforms. I still love my markets but I’ll be adding EBay and Etsy shops. I want to get back to traveling to find my treasures. I hope you guys will still follow, as it’s going to be a fun ride. The next few weeks will be used to put my studio together in the storage units I have moved into. Climatized and they have a great staff. That is where the selling online will be plus in person appointments. I’ll be posting new treasures and what is up for sale. HERE WE GO😍😍

We are ready to open tomorrow for our Vintage Christmas in July. We will be open everyday from July 16 to July 27th, 10-6 including Sundays. This will be our last days as we will be moving out of our brick and mortar. The entire shop is only Vintage Christmas and it’s full. It is all out and ready for a new home. I had a blast putting it all out and decorating. Trees, ornaments, Santa’s, pixies, naughty elves, reindeer, musicals, windups. It is all in here. Hope to see you for our last event in the shop.

What a weekend!! I was supposed to stay and work over the weekend to make sure I was ready for the reopening for Christmas in July and the Golden Glow, but my hubby decided that I needed a few well deserved days off to play. He did a great job of planning and yes, we went SHOPPING, for what other than Vintage Christmas.🎄 🎅🎄All will be available when we open on Thursday July 16.

Santa and the elves are working very hard to be on time for Christmas in July. The elves didn’t know how much Mrs Claus had stashed in the back. They also tried to jump into the ice bucket. Sorry boys it’s empty. So much more decorating to do. I hope you will be able to join us on July 16th, when we reopen the doors to a Vintage Christmas Wonderland.

Thanks to everyone that came out for the last weekend. Here is where the work gets started. Transforming the shop into a Vintage Christmas dream for Christmas in July and to get ready for The Golden Glow convention that will be held July 21-26 in Norfolk (right down the road) The plan is to be ready to open by July 16 and stay open until July 27. The hours will be 10-6 everyday including Sundays from the 16th to the 27th. After that, we will be totally moving out to a destination unknown for now.
If you wanted to get some true vintage Christmas items come on in and get a head start. Hope to see you on the 16th. Keep watching for pictures as we post our transformation.

This is the final weekend to get the deals on vintage furniture, glass, jewelry, ceramics and more. After Saturday the 27th, we will be closed until July 16th, to transition to all Vintage Christmas for a Christmas in July event that starts July 17th with hours of 10-6 everyday until the 27th. After July 27th we will be packing the shop to close this chapter. I will still be on Facebook showing y’all the treasures I find on the journey around the Midwest. Yes, they will be up for sale.

There is only 2 weekends left to come to the shop and get great deals on the furniture and smalls before the shop turns into the Vintage Christmas shop for Christmas in July. After this weekend 19th and 20th, and next weekend, the 26th and 27th, whatever that is left except for Christmas and Jewelry will be put in storage. After July the shop will be closed. Come on out to see us. We are doing bundle deals so I don’t have to pack it up and move it.

Come on in this weekend Friday and Saturday, 10-4 to get in on the shop closing sale. We still have furniture, glass, ceramics, pictures, prints and some primitives. All reduced for us having an easy move out.
We will continue to be open Friday and Saturdays for the month of June.

July will be our last month of being open but it will be the most exciting. The Golden Glow of Christmas Past is having their yearly Convention in Norfolk, Va the 3rd week in July. We have decided to go out with a holiday send off. The entire shop will be emptied of all other items except for all the Vintage Christmas. It will be a Christmas Wonderland. There will be some things on sale and of course you know I love a bundle deal. Stay tuned for the hours for July as it will take a good week or so to turn the shop into all Christmas. Extended hours also.
