A little new paint, new trim, new hardware for stability, live edge silver maple shelves, and a little bit of grit made these into something I am proud to have in my home! Boy, if these doors could talk! There are so many layers of paint with these doors and Im sure each one of them has a story. The door on the right (green door) has nothing done to it but a little sanding to bring out all the colors/layers. We didn’t add any paint or stain or anything- just sandpaper and elbow grease. We think it looks great! What do all of you think? It’s a shame so many doors like this get thrown in dumpsters every day. We will post more photos of the other doors included in the project later, so check back in to see those!
