This has been two years in the making…

Two years ago I asked a friend to redesign my logo to promote autism awareness. I’ve finally been able to get these shirts made and available to you all!

ONLY AVAILABLE FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL and ALL SALES will be donated to the local chapter of Special Olympics (VB). My goal is to reach $500 in donations. This will be the first step towards opening my own adaptive and inclusive training facility.

Shirts are unisex (sizes S-L) and can be purchased on the website.

Proceeds from our "You're Not Alone" mental health collection goes towards helping those looking to be their best mentally.

Everyone in the MAKO community exudes strength and determination, that’s why we support those that are fighting the fight against breast cancer. As long as there’s some fight left, there’s still hope.

From October 1-31, 100% of sales from our breast cancer benefit tees will go to a local organization researching and providing resources for those affected by breast cancer. Monday we will be unveiling the design so be on the lookout for Monday’s announcement.

Suicidal ideation, like all mental health conditions and illnesses, can manifest in anyone despite their age, gender, or background. Often the result of untreated mental health conditions, a diagnosis is not prerequisite for suicidal thoughts or behavior. Only 46% of su***de deaths had a previously diagnosed mental health condition.

Lifestyle stressors, loss of loved ones, and untreated health conditions are some factors that can increase the risk of suicidal ideation. A strong positive connection with family and friends, maintenance and upkeep of physical and mental health, and communal emotional support groups can help reduce that risk. With resources and assistance readily available, you are never alone.
