g clothes for the entire family, on sale, wear them once and sell them online, creating a revolving closet and saving money and not pi***ng off the husband. My house was overflowing with bins of "to list" on ebay so My Chic's was born. I also wanted to support my friend's and local's talents. Having 3 kids and a busy lifestyle I wanted to make consigning so easy. No ironing, no hanging, no waiting until that season and no anxiety about what day you must pick up a check, pick up unwanted blah blah blah. The down & dirty (well clean I hope) is you bring me a bag "trash bag" even of clothes, I take out what I can sell now or when that season rolls around, place it in your labeled bin in the back. If there is a stain, hole, fade or it is awful, I donate to CHKD and can give you a tax donation slip for your taxes. It will be in store for no set time, does not expire or need to be picked up, I even put it back in bin once season ends and will put it back out when that season rolls around again. The tags automatically decrease the original price 15% after 30 days and 20% after 60 days. I do fun daily sales like Military Monday, Teacher Tuesday, Furniture Friday etc. After being open 3 years I have 750 consignors and no longer offer check option for consignment of clothes and household and only pay out local artists and vendors. My Chic's is a great place to host parties like Stella & Dot, book clubs, R&F, Lularoe pop up parties, Essential Oils.... just to name a few. I pass out flyers and post online so you get a great turn out the night of the party and usually do some kind of drawing for the people who make a purchase. I have donated baskets and pallet art for charity and fundraisers and love to help the community any way I can. I have started painting customized pallets for the military and local businesses and can freehand and customize anything you need. I have redecorated entire homes or just one room. There is a little bit of everything here or I know a friend of a friend that can do whatever you need... photography, cakes, wedding coordinator, gyms, other small businesses. Promote each other, shop local, be kind, do kind and create. This is the place to see all the great talents and unique style at Chic's Beach.
