For those that are local that may not already know, Emmanuel and I closed our storefront on July 31st. We were at a point of deciding whether to renew our lease and keep pushing to build a new business or take a break, since we both still work other jobs and have been working hard to juggle the different responsibilities we have. That’s when we were given the best “surprise.” Although we had tried for years, we had come to accept that we may not have the opportunity to have our own child. But as you can see in the picture, we have discovered otherwise and couldn’t be more excited. 💗 That said, in those moments of learning that we were expecting, we decided to take a step back from our store front and business to focus on having a happy and healthy pregnancy and preparing for the next amazing chapter ahead.
We do have plans to continue our website and hope to pop up at a few markets around town, and who knows, we may reopen a storefront at a later date and time. But for now we are content to take some time to ourselves, prioritize our family, and prepare physically, mentally, and spiritually for the journey ahead!
