To my mamas… 🖤
As I navigate my first Mother’s Day as a single mom, I’m carrying so many emotions.

I never imagined I would celebrate this day without their dad beside me. But even through this season, he has continued to be an amazing father and coparent, and he still made sure I felt celebrated in a different way. For that, I’m deeply grateful.

Motherhood has changed me in every possible way.
It has forced me to fight for myself.
To heal.
To grow.

To keep becoming the best version of me, not only for my boys, but for myself too.

So today, I’m thinking about all the mamas.
The happily married mamas.
The single mamas.
The divorced mamas.
The widows.
The bereaved mothers.
The stepmoms.
The bonus moms.
The exhausted mamas just trying to survive the day.

I see you.
I see how hard you love your babies.
I see the sacrifices no one talks about.
I see the quiet strength it takes to keep showing up.

May God continue to bless you, carry you through every season, and may your children one day fully understand just how fiercely you fought for them.
