Cotton fabric on the front and a soft minky on the back filled with rice. Stick these in the freezer for a cold therapy or warm them up in the microwave for warmth. οΏΌ

I have an extra long rice bag if anyone needs one! Gray cotton with a black minky backing.
$20 with shipping included.
You can heat these up in the microwave or store them in the freezer. Hot and cold therapy really does help! 24 inches long and 6 inches wide with several sections sewn to evenly distribute the rice.
