I did my first Reiki session a few days ago. She put her hands over my crown chakra and the first thing she said was, "are you a ruminator?" LOL 💯

She could tell I'm an overthinker the second she started feeling my energy. The struggle over here is real, y'all.

So naturally, I stitched the sentiment into a towel so I can see the design and process my silly self as I go about my day.
