National providers' pricing can be like an iceberg…"cheaper pricing" on the surface that somehow ends up costing more once all the extras show up on your invoice.

Exciting things ahead! 🎉

We've merged with Belmont Laundry in Springfield, MA, which means we can now serve Central, Eastern, and Northern Massachusetts even more efficiently.

This isn't about getting bigger just to be bigger, we made this move to strengthen our ability to compete with the national box rental companies while staying true to what makes us different: local ownership, personal service, and long-term relationships.

Here's what's NOT changing: the Belmont team is staying. Their drivers are staying. Service, pricing, and agreements are all staying exactly the same. Belmont customers will still see the same driver and get the same reliable service they’ve always had. The only thing that's different is the name on the truck.

It shows our commitment to growth, our ability to expand regionally, and our strength as a local player in the industry. We're not going anywhere, we're just getting better at what we've been doing for over 100 years.

"A national provider reached out with lower pricing..."

Sure, the initial quote may look good. But then the hidden fees start showing up with service charges, fuel surcharges, and "administrative fees" that weren't mentioned. Suddenly that "great deal" isn't looking so great.

Price matters, but so does actually getting what you pay for.

Clear billing. Responsive service. A team that knows your account and picks up the phone when you call. That's what you're really paying for, and that's what keeps customers with us for 20, 30, even 40+ years.
