To our friends and dear clients,

It’s been a year, hasn’t it? 2020 brought its share of challenges, both to us and to so many in our community. From physical and emotional wellness to financial stability and growth— it seems no one made it through the year unscathed. We sure didn’t.

We’ve seen shows cancelled, faced the financial loss that is shaking so many lives, and sorely missed the opportunity to serve our customers face-to-face. This last one has been the biggest blow for us because our customers are, undeniably, the very best. They have—you have— been with us since the very beginning, believing in our little fledgling project and supporting our stubborn belief that beautiful, heirloom quality clothing didn’t have to come at the expense of community and environment. Because of you, we were able to spend the last 5 years proving just that, and it has been nothing short of a privilege and a pleasure. We cannot thank you enough for going on this remarkable journey with us and for all of your support and kindness along the way.

We are sorry to announce that this new year brings the end of Eight + Sand. We will miss you all, but we are so grateful for the many experiences, memories, and relationships we’ll be taking with us into new projects and new chapters.

As we wind things down and prepare to close our doors, we’ll be having a big sale so you can stock up on any favorite items. Keep an eye out in the coming days for that announcement.

Gone for the holidays but back January 2nd! We’re unplugging and going dark for a few days of rest, quiet and family. The St. Helena Winter Market is just around the corner and we’ve been looking forward to this show all year. This is a real special gathering...the space at the Native Sons Hall with all its charm and history, the warm community of St. Helena, as the wonderful organizers and hosts, the top notch designers and artisans - everything about this show leaves us feeling excited and filled with gratitude. Join us Saturday and Sunday, find some treasured pieces, be in the company of some lovely humans, eat, drink and be merry!
